Welcome to 2012
 

First, We want to wish our employees, clients, friends, families and vendors a safe, healthy and happy New Year.  May this be a year filled with good health, good times and with happy and memorable special occasions.  

Second, we want to inform everybody about two new awards we received here at the Saratoga Event Group.  We were just informed by THE KNOT that THE PAVILLION WON 'BEST OF WEDDINGS" on THE KNOT.  Thank you for this important acknowledgement.  The Pavillion, its in house caterer, Avenue Catering Concepts and our team are delighted to have won this award for 2012. 

Additionally, we were just informed that we won "BRIDES CHOICE" on WEDDING WIRE.  Another important acknowledgement that we greatly appreciate.


On January 26, 2012 we will be hosting our next Open House.  This is a must RSVP event only for qualified attendees.  Please speak with your Event Advisor about attendance.  In February 2012 we will be hosting a fashion show.  Please keep an eye out for the exact date and times.  These are both invitation only events and require a subsequent RSVP.  These events are not open to the general public.  Please call the main office at 770-578-1110 to RSVP for the Open House.  Avenue Design, Florals and Decor will be participating, along with other invited event industry vendors.  Also, our Executive Chef will be offering a selection of foods to sample.  .

THE PAVILLION OF EAST COBB-outdoor ceremonies and receptions
For those clients seeking an outside wedding or cocktail hour, please take a look at our new addition-the construction of 4,000+ square feet of outdoor event space.  Additionally, the exterior of the facility has been painted and we have added 11-chocolate colored awnings around the perimeter of the facility.  New landscaping and outdoor benches have also been installed.   Please call us at 770-578-1110 to arrange a tour. 

AVENUE CATERING

We are proud to announce that our catering company, Avenue Catering Concepts, has won best caterer on The Knot and The Knot. Com for 2009, 2008 and 2006.  We were just informed about the 2012 award as the in house caterer to The Pavillion.  Congratulations to our in house caterer for an outstanding job year after year.

Kosher events available through "Avenue K"

The Pavillion, and several of our other preferred locations are now hosting glatt kosher events.  Avenue K, the Certified glatt kosher caterer i snow able to produce glatt kosher events at the location of your choice.   Please contact David Covell for more information.
